By default, all orders placed online will be shipped via UPS Ground Service. Products shipped within the continental United States are generally delivered within 7-12 business days of order processing. If there are any delays we will notify you of such delay as soon as possible. General Warranty Information
The manufacturer provides lifetime limited warranty on stainless steel cookware parts.
Plastic parts of the handles and thermo-controllers carry an 18-month warranty.
VacSy products carry an 18-month warranty.

Elecrical Units Warranty
For 1 year from the date of purchase for Bioptron, CleanSy, AquaJebbo, Therapy Air, manufacturer will exchange or repair the electrical units in warranty with proof of purchase as a result of any defects in material or workmanship or if damaged in shipping and reported to us at the time or receipt.
The warranty does not cover any damage caused by improper use or care of the product whether intentional, negligent, or accidental.
There is no return or refund policy. Returns for partial refunds may be possible if all purchased products are returned in untouched condition.
All applicable warranty information will be included with your ordered products.
